Our Managing Director, Heath Gillett, has a background in structural and architectural steel work, carpentry, building and project management and has 25 years experience in the building industry. Heath was a registered builder in Melbourne and arrived in London in 2000 and worked on projects such as the King’s Cross & St Pancras Redevelopment project, Wembley Stadium, Heathrow Air Traffic Control Tower and high end residential building projects in Wandsworth, Fulham, Chelsea and Kensington before forming Greendawn Build Ltd.
The Greendawn Build team is made up of carefully selected professional trades people who believe that quality comes first and constantly strive to impress. All of our trades people are fully insured, qualified and licensed in their field and registered with relevant governing authorities which gives our clients peace of mind that they have chosen the right builder for their project.
We use building materials that are sourced from reputable suppliers, select the best quality available for your project and we only use Dulux products for decorating your home.
Greendawn Build, wherever possible, uses building materials that have a low impact on the environment and work with clients to help them achieve low energy costs in their home.
